Grimaldi Group Recognized by General Motors as a 2014 Supplier of the Year Winner

Last 5th March, during the 23rd Annual Supplier of the Year awards ceremony held at the Cobo Center in Detroit, Michigan, the Grimaldi Group was named once again a General Motors Supplier of the Year.

This year GM recognized 78 of its best suppliers from around the world for going above and beyond GM’s requirements, designed to provide customers with the most innovative technologies and the industry’s best quality vehicles.

“These companies are the best-of-the-best suppliers, and deserving of special recognition for their outstanding contributions”, said Steve Kiefer, GM vice president, Global Purchasing and Supply Chain. “We need them to continue to bring us their most innovative technologies and highest quality services and work, and we will continue to win together for the benefit of our customers”, Kiefer concluded.

The Supplier of the Year award winners are chosen by a global team of GM purchasing, engineering, quality, manufacturing and logistics executives. This year’s award is the 14th recognition by General Motors to the Grimaldi Group in the last 15 years.
